Language Levels & Oral Evaluations
Before arrival, all students must complete an Oral Evaluation by telephone for placement in one of our eight Language Levels. The following is a chart that lists the number of courses for each language level, along with the number of program weeks it takes to complete each level. Once you know your starting language level, you can see how many program weeks you can take in the Intensive English Program:

Speak to the Program Coordinator at the end of the first day of class if you feel that you have been placed at the wrong language level. Do not write in your textbooks until you are sure you have been placed at the correct language level.
