Conversational Spanish for Beginners
Are you finding that more of your clients prefer doing their business in Spanish? Have you lost out on a job opportunity because you do not speak Spanish? Are you traveling to a Spanish-speaking country for business or pleasure?
In this immersion program, individuals will learn the basic vocabulary and phrases needed to begin communicating immediately with Spanish speakers. Participants learn how to communicate in a variety of contexts and situations.
- Classes start in January, April, June, August, and October.
- All students must complete the Oral Evaluation for placement before registering.
- The Beginner Level 1 program consists of four 20-hour classes (Modules A-D).
- Each class is given over a period of 8 weeks.
- Evening and Saturday class schedules available.
- Courses are offered at the Sand Lake Center and Winter Park Campus, or on-site at any company location.
Intermediate Spanish Conversation Club
This club is intended to be a fun way to practice and develop one's Spanish speaking and writing skills. During the class, students will practice communicating within a variety of topics such as art, culture, business, and current events. Grammar will be a course component and will be customized to the needs of each group.
Students must have at least a Low Intermediate language proficiency in order to register.
